2. Consultations & Estimates
Free consultations and estimates apply only within our standard service area. Additional fees may apply for properties outside this area.
All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from the initial consultation or if project scope changes.
3. Services
All services are subject to property evaluation, contract approval, and scheduling availability.
Projects may require permits or inspections. These are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in the contract.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by weather, utility conflicts, or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide clear access to work areas, disclose all known site conditions (including utility lines), and obtain necessary approvals from homeowners’ associations or other governing bodies, if applicable.
Customers are responsible for maintaining their property after project completion, including landscape care, debris removal outside the work area, and any required upkeep.
5. Payments
Payment terms are outlined in each individual contract or work order.
Deposits may be required before work begins.
Late payments may result in interest charges or suspension of services.
6. Liability & Warranties
While we take great care to protect your property, Superior Stormwater Management is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden utility damage, weather-related events, or customer negligence.
Any warranties offered will be detailed in your signed contract. Warranties do not cover natural disasters, misuse, or lack of proper maintenance.
7. Promotions & Advertisements
Any special offers or promotions advertised on social media or our website are subject to change or cancellation without notice.
Promotions cannot be combined with other offers and apply to new contracts only.
8. Website Use
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Superior Stormwater Management and may not be copied, distributed, or used without our written permission.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all website content is error-free or up to date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cobb County, Georgia.
